I'm a modern strategist designing modern systems. The environment changes. The principles don't.

Most consultants separate corporate work from personal productivity. I don't, because the underlying problem is always the same: people need clarity, consistent support, and the right tools to grow.

At the organizational level, that means AI-connected talent infrastructure that actually gets used. For individuals, it means operating systems that reduce cognitive load and create space for what matters.

The strategies I bring to enterprise talent systems are the same ones I use to help people run their lives better. That's not a coincidence. That's the point.

About Allison

I've spent over a decade helping organizations build the people systems that actually help them grow. Performance, talent, development. The work has always come back to the same thing.

I started my career in employee relations and operational HR, working in structured, high-stakes environments where I learned quickly that systems matter. Not because they're tidy, but because they create space for people to do their best work.

Recently, I got to prove it at scale. I designed and launched an AI-powered career growth system for 25,000+ employees, built to make development visible, actionable, and woven into the flow of everyday work. It was one of the most complex, rewarding things I've ever built, and it confirmed everything I believe about what great people systems can do.

Today I bring that same thinking to organizations navigating transformation and to individuals who want to operate with that same clarity in their own lives. The audiences are different. The principles are the same.

I'm based in Metro Detroit, and when I'm not building systems I'm usually cooking for people I love or exploring the city's food and music scene with my family.
